Request a custom data processing agreement (DPA) with Pinecone if your team requires terms beyond the standard agreement available on the Pinecone website.
To request a data processing agreement (DPA) with Pinecone, fill out the form in the Pinecone Security Center. You’ll need to request access first. Click Get Access on that page and enter your information. You should receive a link with further instructions shortly.
