Request a custom data processing agreement (DPA) with Pinecone if your team requires terms beyond the standard agreement available on the Pinecone website.
If you need a data processing agreement (DPA) with Pinecone you can get started by filling out the form in our Security Center. You’ll need to request access first. Simply click the “Get Access” box on that page and enter your information. You should receive a link with further instructions shortly.
